Hunan Cylum Sports Co., Ltd., is one of the professional helmet manufacturer in southwest China, located in Lingling Industrial Park in YongZhou, Hunan Province who is devoted to the development and production of medium- and high-end bicycle helmets and other sporting protective helmets.
Our factory covers an area of 40,000㎡, equipped with the fully-equipped, gardenlike workshops and well -appointed machines of blistering, printing, EPS shaping and advanced lab equipment meeting the required standards of tests conducted by major international testing institutes. With the sound production management and professional R&D team, over 500workers, our yearly capacity is 10 million pieces of helmets.

Discover What are main manufacturing process for the helmets?
Moulding and shaping
Once the design has been confirmed, start moulding and shaping the raw materials into the various parts of the helmet. It is normally done using injection moulding, in which the raw materials are heated to a high temperature and then injected into a mould that has been shaped to match the confirmed helmet design.
Assembling the Helmet
This process involves attaching the exterior shell to the inner padding, attaching the straps and buckles, and adding any additional features like ventilation holes or reflectors. The workers will follow up with the specifications step by step to finishe the assembling.
Testing and quality control
The helmets must undergo strict testing to ensure it meets the required safety standards. This may include impact testing, in which the helmet is subjected to simulated collisions to see how it performs. And other types testing to ensure that it fits properly and provides sufficient ventilation will be required sometimes. And we will arrange 100% inspection for the production before sending out the shipment.
